    I agree. Ever since I bought the first iPhone shortly after it was introduced, I began thinking how cool it would be if the iMac and other desktop size computers had the same interface.

    Nice video, i think the tablet pc’s are the way forward for computing, and apple ipad is a
    start. hopefully the second and third gens of these products would have desktop quality apps.

    Thanks! I’m a technology support person. I think many people who have trouble with using desktop computers might like the iPad for its simplicity. Desktops require a relatively high investment to maintain and expensive software. Microsoft Office is about $150, but better programs for the iPad are $30 for the suite. Desktops have viruses, spyware, malware, and require ongoing security updates. The iPad is a self contained system with no moving parts.
