looks interesting, but it wont replace netbooks, the typing on this thing looks like a joke, and people need portable word processing.. students use netbooks and laptops in class, etc. how can you use this to type a note or something in class? this thing is just an awkwardly large ipod :S
steve sounds like he is struggling to find features. lol.
FAIL
i see no market for this
NEEDS OSX
WE WANT OSX!!!!!!
NOT SOME CRAPPY IPOD SHIT.
I WANT A COMPUTER!
if i want to read the news paper i will buy one for $1 or watch the tv for free not pay 500 bucks for a wanna be computer. im waiting for the HP slate now
@8aetroya8 : Bullshit. Site a reputable reference; this just isn’t true.
its a ipod touch on steroids.
there is no phone no sms etc. not even flash
i agree. i am a apple user. because of its media friendly stuff. but apple has a monopoly on the market. they have been sued for it b4 and will probs be sued again. they need to open their software up to be used on normal computers
@8aetroya8 : It’s one thing for a phone not to support Flash (not that that isn’t bad enough) but for a device being marketed as the best way to surf the net, it’s a HUGE fail. And, Flash is Adobe and not Microsoft, dumbass.
@caleta21 : How much is Apple paying you? Whenever somebody tries to build a machine that can run Mac products, Apple sues them. Everything they have is proprietary and woe be to those who try to go outside the wishes of Apple.
